The CHMGA Board recently did a review of the current CHMGA Bylaws. After the review, we realized the Bylaws needed to be updated to: (1) reflect how the Association currently operates, (2) clarify the responsibilities of each Board position, and (3) better balance the work of each board member. Attached to this message you’ll find an updated copy of the Association’s Bylaws, with a document highlighting the material changes the Board is recommending the Association makes. Additionally we’ve included a copy of the current Bylaws for reference.

During our upcoming annual meeting on May 3rd (following the shotgun start tournament that day), we will be asking the membership to approve the recommended changes to the Bylaws. We ask that you review the proposed changes and new Bylaws prior to this meeting. During the meeting, we will do a brief review of the changes prior to asking the membership to vote on their approval.
